Training Disaster
Training last Thursday was poor to say the least, a definite sign that the team is beginning falling to pieces and without a “wake-up slap” across the proverbial face the team will probably be gone in a season’s time.
Reasons for this assumption:
1) The manager didn’t even stay to train the team, as he is the nucleus of the team and needs to make sure everything is done properly and when he doesn’t even attend the training you know things are going array.
2) We can’t sign any new players, which mean the team isn’t appealing to players outside the team.
3) Players are not learning the basics no matter how many times you practice them, which is very annoying!!!
I don’t want to leave the team as I like to make things work, but this team is fast becoming a lost cause and with other teams (better teams) interested in signing me next season, big decision’s are going to have to be made.

Oh gosh!! The team trainer won't even stay to make sure that the players are doing their jobs of practicing and getting better so they'll be prepared when they play other teams. That's awful! I can definitely see why you'd be interested in signing on to another team when the season is over. Hopefully, before that happens, your team will get its act together so you'll have even more accomplishments under your belt to take to another team. Good luck helping to get your teammates in the spirit of taking training more seriously.
