Back Training

Back to training this afternoon, first time since a week last Sunday. Looking forward to it but slightly reserved as my chest is still a bit tight and I know that I won’t make two laps. So might just go for one lap tonight to ease my self back into the groove, then go for two Tuesday.
Starting to slightly increase the weights I use as well. I’m now going for 8kg each arm, as I have been doing 4kg each arm now for sometime, and even though I don’t want big bulging muscles I still want some definition and strength, especially as my chest naturally big which makes my arms look slightly thin and un-toned.
Good weeks training, and hopefully a good…no…Great performance on Sunday, as I owe the team and myself a great performance.
