Ambition
Now that I’m really getting into all this healthy eating and fitness malarkey, I’m finding it difficult to push my self really hard.
When I go running (usually 2 miles of hilly land, mostly steep inclines and declines), and I get the BURN, it’s really difficult to push my self to keep going. I know the only way I’m really going to improve is if I push through this wall and take the pain as I know that if I get through this the benefits will be great compared to if I keep stopping when it hurts.
Tonight when I go, I’m not going to stop and see how I cope, more than likely it will feel like my lungs are going to burst, but it’s the only way.
